About Paul Richardson
Paul Richardson, the man behind SuccessGeneration,
is the creator of PEP-SYSTEMS and managing director of Vision
Coaching & Development Ltd. His Barking based therapy
practice is committed to helping individuals, non-profit
organisations and businesses to achieve their goals and dreams,
and make the seemingly impossible come true.
Paul is a fully qualified Consultant in Life Coaching, Mentoring
and Neuro-Linguistic Programming as well as a trained Colour
Therapist. His natural intuitive healing skill enhances his
ability to work with your inner-self to overcome your issues
in business and personal situations, enabling you to re-define
or remove the patterns of behaviour that cause you problems.
By working with all four of your main power centres, the
Mind, Body, Spirit and Emotions, Paul helps you to bring
them into alignment with his unique and seamless approach
to discover creative solutions within yourself. You will
become enabled and empowered to move forward and create new
approaches to both your professional and personal lives.
Paul is a member of the Life Coaching Academy, Federation
of Small Business and Chamber of Commerce.
Paul's personal history
His professional background is
in the training and coaching aspects of apprentices and other
trainees. In 1988 he became a qualified instructor and facilitator,
and eventually concluded this part of his career in a full-time
training environment, imparting craft and management skills.
After 29 years of marriage and bringing up a son together,
Paul and his wife finally separated and divorced. Within
two years he had also lost his career through redundancy.
He soon retrained and qualified in Health and Safety Consultancy,
working mainly in the Construction Industry, but soon things
started to fall apart.
His redundancy money ran out, his health began to fail,
and he suffered from anxiety and a lack of self-worth. In
short, the shock of such a rapid sequence of massive changes
forced upon him were taking their toll on Paul in the worst
way possible.
Then one day he had a revelation that would start the development
of PEP-SYSTEMS. He discovered
the real reason for his downward spiral - up until that point,
life had always taught him that he had no value of his own.
From that moment onwards Paul started to take control of
his life and working side-by-side with his own mentor (yes
teachers have teachers too), he has changed his life dramatically
for the better.
Paul says:
“If I had not discovered my own
inner truth I would never have dared to even think my dreams
could come true, let alone surpass them. I feel alive and
confident such as I have never experienced. If I can come
back from the very brink of throwing in the towel, then
what can you achieve? Now I am doing what I want by facilitating
and teaching, working is like a holiday I just enjoy it
so much.”
